Highlighted Features

Impressive Height and Weight Capabilities
Offering extraordinary application versatility, the LO/CO-i Series comes standard with a vacuum bed and can print on objects up to 242 mm in height and 100 kg/m2 in weight.

High-Definition, High-Value-Added Expression
The LO/CO-i series achieves high-definition image quality through fine control of ink ejection. Moreover, special expressions such as textures and embossing are also possible.

Print Large Quantities of Smaller Items
Improve your productivity with a fast and efficient direct-to-object printing solution. The LO/CO-i Series lets you print unique details on several items in a single print run and with VersaWorks 7 features like variable data printing, you can individually personalise each item quickly and with minimal set-up.

From high-production models to economy models
You can choose the best model for your work. The LO series is equipped with two print heads in a staggered array for highspeed output. LO-640 outputs 5.0m2/h for CMYK + White printing.

Distance Mode
The LO/CO-i Series flatbed UV printers feature an innovative Distance Mode. This makes it possible to print onto convex, concave or irregular surfaces whilst maintaining excellent quality and sharpness.

Low-Temperature Adjustable UV-LED Lamps
Intensity of the UV-LED lamps is adjustable from VersaWorks enabling them to be switched on or off, or anywhere in between. This means Gloss, Primer and White can be used as an adhesive layer before a secondary process to apply glitter or foil and then cured with UV to seal.

Integrated Control Panel
The control panel of the LO/CO-i Series is integrated into the table to allow you to work more efficiently in less space.

Safety Control Features
An emergency stop perimeter around base (and on the side of the device) safeguards operators in the busiest of production environments. Plus, there is a signal beacon with variable alerts to clearly highlight the printer status.
Powerful Software Included
The VersaOBJECT CO-i Series is even more powerful when paired with Roland DG's advanced software solutions. Developed specifically for Roland DG, our fast and flexible software gives you all you need to produce your work, your way.

VersaWorks 7
Besides its high-speed RIP functionality, VersaWorks 7 RIP includes a wide selection of productivity-boosting features for the LO/CO-i Series, like automatic special colour generation and variable data printing.
